The Sybesma Family Reunion has been meeting for many years and for those who have been blessed to plan know and understand how much work goes into making these successful.
The point is: We need your help!
Here are a few places we could use volunteers to make our time together a blessed and fun time.
- Scheduling Devotions before each meal
- Set up lawn games for morning and afternoon free time (lawn scrabble-Cindy, ladder golf- Amanda, corn hole-find set or talk to Amanda, others) sand volleyball, camp activities.
- Friday afternoon activities 3-5 pm: organize what we do (pickup basketball, Foosball tournament, line dancing or square dancing, lip sink battle, line dancing Saturday Night)
- Saturday Afternoon Activities 3-5 pm Organize what we do
- Organizing the Talent Night or other event like lip sink battle, line dancing
- Set up for talent event and tear down
- Family heritage food tasting event (optional if someone wants to organize and do same time as talent night)
- Organizing Sunday Morning Church Service: Message, Music, scripture reading
- Setup and tear down before and after Church Service (tech, chairs, ect.)
- Photographing the family picture Dave Vanden Berg
- Campfire time Singing/Talking (Tom Huisjen would you be willing to help with this?)
- Making popcorn for talent/campfire event (talk to Amanda for popcorn machine from Black Hawk Elementary)
- Speed Dating Family Style (Ron would you be willing to help organize this?)
- Memory Table of past family members (Help Kris with this)
